- Your login is your last name and your membership number is the password.
- On-line dues payment will provide you with an immediate email confirmation of payment.
- Lifetime members MUST annually submit a signed compliance form or electronically sign on-line.
- Members joining Varsity O for the first time are unable to join on-line and must print off the form and submit a paper form and payment via US mail. This will enable us to create your online account for future use.

Step 1: Download the Varsity "O" Membership Form here (click link to download)
Step 2: Fill out the Membership Form with your signature and the date
Step 3: Sign & Date the Compliance section of the Membership Form
IMPORTANT NOTE: This form is required each year for membership approval and ticket privileges
Step 4: Enclose your membership dues payment with the Membership Form and send to:

Varsity “O” Alumni Association 2013 Membership Dues
| Varsity “O” Dues for 2013 | $40.00 |
| Varsity “O” Lifetime Dues | $1000.00 |
| Emeritus* 2013 Dues | $25.00 |
(*for anyone 70 years of age or older as of 1-1-2013)
Application, payment and compliance form must be received by January 31, 2013 in order to be eligible for the opportunity to receive a Football ticket application.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR TICKET BENEFITS AFTER THE JANUARY 31 DEADLINE.
